SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS
All shipping & handling charges are calculated at the time the order is
placed and are based on the items ordered, shipping method and
destination. Shipping & handling costs are displayed before final order is
placed.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of video games and movies, we are unable to give
refunds or exchanges on new merchandise which has been opened. Shipping
charges are not refundable. Defective games and dvds will be replaced with
the same title only. You are responsible for returning defective games
to us. We will return replacement games to you at no additional cost.
Hardware and Accessories with all original packaging may be returned
less a 20% restocking fee.
To return an item for a refund, send it with a copy of your receipt and brief explanation of the problem and please enclose your email address. No specific RMA # is required, just be sure to address your package to the address provided below.
Once the package is received your refund will be processed. Please send the returned merchandise to the following address:
