PRICE AND AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability. None of the items on this site are free ($0.00) - if there is a $0.00 price next to any item, the item is either out of stock and/or not available to your customer group (per your login).
Prices and specials listed in our Online Store are only valid on orders placed online within the Online Store. "New Release" DVD & Video Game titles are limited to 1 copy per title, per customer. Due to the instant nature of the Internet, we are able to offer more discounts, sales, and special offers through our online store and E-Mail distribution list. Please select "Request Catalog" to be added to our E-Mail distribution list. Because of the reduced costs of doing business on the internet, we are able to pass the savings on to our customers who take advantage of our online store and place their orders online.

Please do not call our Buyback Customer Service Dept. with questions about online prices, specials or orders placed online. All inquiries or questions about online transactions are handled through E-Mail (It's faster and FREE!).
SECURITY
All online transactions in our Online Store are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into our order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
BRE Software provides a safe and secure shopping environment for our customers. Most consumers are unaware that it is statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in traditional stores. Brick and mortar stores and restaurants use a multiple copy sales draft, which requires your signature. After signing a traditional credit card receipt, the store employee has access to your credit card number and signature.
SECURITY GUARANTEE
If through no fault of your own, you experience any unauthorized use of your credit card as a result of shopping at BRESoftware.Com, immediately follow the notification procedures required by your credit card company. Upon confirmation of credit card fraud, if your issuing company fails to waive your entire liability for unauthorized charges, BRE Software will reimburse you for the remaining liability, up to a maximum of fifty dollars. Federal law limits your liability for unauthorized credit card usage to fifty dollars.
SHIPPING/BILLING ADDRESS
To protect against fraud, we will only ship orders to the credit card billing address. Please be sure to provide a valid daytime phone number, so that we can confirm your address details if necessary.
NEW VS USED GAMES
The majority of the video games that we sell are used. They include the original display boxes, complete original instructions, are re-shrinkwrapped, and have a 90 day warranty. We also carry brand new, factory fresh games for the Xbox 360, Xbox, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 2, GameCube, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, and Sony PSP. We normally carry new games for 3-4 weeks after the title is released. Unless otherwise noted, all videogames and dvds are used. All new games, accessories and hint books will be clearly indicated with "New" in the description.
Used video games do not include demos or promotional material for other games, movies, etc that may have been originally included with the game.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped to California Residents (8.975%). |
